1 cup – All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp- Baking Soda
1 cup- Amul Butter ( Salted)
1 cup- Sugar
4 -5 tsp – Milk
2 drops- Almond Essence
Mix all the wet ingredients with the help of the electric mixer.
Basically start with butter and sugar, mix it for 1 to 2 minute to add some air.
Gradually add eggs, one at the time… keep the mix on at low speed followed by milk.
Now sieve in the dry ingredients gradually in order to avoid lumps and lastly, the almond essence.
Pre heat oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 5 to 10 minutes. Take the cake tin, grease it and pour in the batter. Add crushed almonds on the top and it’s ready to in the oven.
Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes and the cake is ready to be served!!
Tip: let the cake cool before planning to take it out.
