What you really need to concentrate on voice search in 2019?

Voice Search as you & I know is the talk of town these days. In fact, devices like Alexa, Siri, Google Assistant have brought this technology to our homes. 

Voice Search plays an integral role in our day to day lives. Be it scheduling appointments, setting reminders & Dialing numbers, finding recommended businesses around us or placing food orders, you name it, they are doing it. Voice Search with an amalgamation of AI (Artificial Intelligence) is a beautiful experience.

So, Let’s quickly talk about points that you as a Business Owner should watch under Voice Search in 2019:

1. Semantic Search i.e, Target Different Set or Style of Same Keywords: Dialect plays an integral role here. There is a huge possibility that same word spoken in different ways can generate different results. So, its best to optimise website around “targeted keywords” in all possible permutations & combinations. In fact, Google also released an update around  use of Semantic Search. You can refer to Google for more details.

2.  Website Speed: We can’t expect our business to appear in Voice result if website takes huge time in loading. So, Mobile speed & Web Speed both play a very important role in ensuring our website to rank in Voice Search.

3. Schema Implementation & Optimization: Schema allows you to describe your target keywords / services in details or in a language that is easily interpreted by bots. Thus, making it easier for Google to record that information & list it under relevant Voice Search commands. Overall, helps you to increase visibility. 

4. Get your Business Updated, Verified & Optimized on Google Maps & “Near Me” options : Voice search recommendations on businesses are completely dependent on where they appear when searched for a given location. To simplify, you need to aim for that top position in Google maps to increase your chances of appearing in Voice Search Results. 

These are few points that I feel will really help you & your brand to more visibility via Voice Search.
