About Mansi Rana

Twenty-four years of fixing what actually breaks growth.

I'm a digital consultant and growth strategist. I founded EZ Rankings in 2010 with two people and grew it into a 175-specialist team serving 16,000+ brands across 28+ countries. Today I work directly with founders, CMOs and business leaders on the three things that decide whether growth compounds or stalls: positioning, diagnosis and disciplined execution — now with AI doing the heavy lifting underneath.

Who & Why

The short version,
without the polish.

I started working at nineteen, on the sales floor of an international call centre. Not glamorous — but it taught me the thing most marketers learn far too late: how a client is treated matters as much as what you deliver. I moved into digital when the industry in India was still finding its feet, and spent years working both domestic and international markets.

By 2010 I'd seen the same pattern too many times. Agencies were selling activity, not outcomes. Reports were long, results were thin, and clients below a certain budget were quietly deprioritised. I started EZ Rankings to prove the opposite could scale — that process, ethics and genuine service could run at volume without diluting quality. Sixteen years and 16,000+ brands later, that's still the operating thesis.

Mansi Rana Digital is the smaller, sharper version of that work. A boutique consulting practice where I'm personally in the room — for founders and leadership teams who don't need another vendor, they need someone to tell them the truth about their funnel and then help them fix it.

“Most brands don't have a marketing problem. They have a clarity problem that marketing spend is expensively hiding.” Mansi Rana

The Journey

From a sales floor to
AI-powered growth systems.

Every stage taught me an operating principle I still use in client work. The left column is what happened. The right column is what it's worth to you.

2002

Started at nineteen — in sales, not marketing

International call centre floor. Learned to hold a conversation with a sceptical buyer before I ever learned a channel.

The principleMarketing that ignores how buying actually feels will always underperform.
2006

Moved into digital, early

Worked domestic and international markets while search, content and paid were still being figured out — which meant learning by testing, not by course.

The principleChannels change every few years. Diagnosis doesn't. Build the skill that survives.
2010

Founded EZ Rankings — a team of two

Built to answer one gap in the market: quality and service that didn't fall apart as the client list grew.

The principleSystems, not heroics. If it only works when you're watching, it isn't a system.
2015

Global expansion across 28+ countries

Offshore execution at scale for brands in the US, UK, Middle East, Australia and beyond — across search, paid, content and development.

The principleCost efficiency is only an advantage if quality control travels with it.
2021

Founded Indian Parenting Blog

A community platform for modern parents that grew to a six-figure following and millions of monthly impressions — built with the same playbook I sell.

The principleI don't recommend anything I haven't run on my own P&L first.
2023

TEDx stage

Speaking on leadership built on EQ as much as IQ — and what ethical marketing looks like when growth pressure is real.

The principleEthics is a growth strategy. Trust compounds faster than any channel.
2024

Search stopped being ten blue links

Began rebuilding client visibility strategy around AI answers and generative engines — how brands get cited, not just ranked.

The principleIf your brand isn't an entity the models understand, you're invisible where the next decade of demand starts.
2026

Mansi Rana Digital — consulting & AI automation

A boutique practice for founders and CMOs: strategy, audits, and AI systems that take the repetitive work out of marketing and operations.

The principleAutomate the process you've already proven. Automating a broken funnel just breaks it faster.

Two Brands, One Standard

When to hire me,
and when to hire the agency.

I run both. They're not competing offers — they solve different halves of the same problem. One decides what should happen. The other makes it happen at scale.

The thinking.

Hire when
You need a decision, not delivery — what to fix first, what to stop, whether the strategy itself is sound.
You get
Me, directly. Strategy calls, digital audits, retained advisory, AI automation scoping.
Best fit
Founders, CMOs and leadership teams. Premium and luxury brands. Businesses with an existing team or agency that isn't producing.
Scale
Deliberately small. A limited number of concurrent clients so the attention is real.
Ends with
A prioritised roadmap your team can run — or a clear brief for whoever will.

Most clients start on the left and move right — audit first, execution second. You're never obliged to. If the audit says your current team can run the plan, I'll say so.

Industries

Where the pattern
recognition pays off.

Twenty-four years across verticals means I've usually seen your specific problem before — including the constraints. Deepest bench in:

How I Work

Diagnose before prescribing.
Every time.

No engagement starts with a tactic. It starts with understanding what the business actually needs to be true in twelve months — then working backwards.

01

Understand the business goal

Revenue targets, margin reality, sales capacity, competitive position. Marketing goals that aren't anchored to a business goal are just spending.

02

Audit the existing system

Traffic, funnel, spend, content, tracking, AI visibility. I find the leaks and rank them by what recovering them is worth.

03

Design the roadmap

A sequenced plan — what to fix first, what to stop, what to build. With owners, timelines and the metrics each move is accountable to.

04

Execute or enable

Either my team runs it, or I equip yours to. Both come with the same governance and the same reporting discipline.

05

Measure against baseline

Your numbers versus your starting point — not against an industry benchmark chosen to flatter the report.

06

Scale what works, cut what doesn't

Reallocate budget toward proven performance every cycle. The plan is a living document, reviewed on a fixed cadence.

Ways To Engage

Start small.
Scale on evidence.

Four entry points, designed so you can test the thinking before committing to the execution.

Entry

Growth Strategy Call

A focused working session on your single biggest constraint. You leave with a written point of view, not a pitch.

  • Pre-call review of your assets
  • Live diagnosis & prioritisation
  • Written summary and next actions

Best for: founders who need direction fast.

Diagnostic

Comprehensive Digital Audit

  • SEO, GEO, paid, content & CRO review
  • Analytics and attribution integrity check
  • Competitor and share-of-voice analysis
  • Presentation walkthrough with leadership

Best for: teams spending without clarity on returns.

Ongoing

Retained Growth Advisory

Me, in your leadership cadence. Strategy ownership without the cost of a full-time CMO.

  • Quarterly roadmap & monthly reviews
  • Budget allocation decisions
  • Agency or in-house team oversight
  • Direct access between sessions

Best for: scaling brands without a senior marketing lead.

Explore advisory →

Build

AI Automation Sprint

Map the process, identify what AI should own, build it, and hand it over with documentation.

  • Process & workflow mapping
  • Automation opportunity scoring
  • Build, test and deploy
  • Team enablement & handover

Best for: teams losing hours to repetitive work.

Scope a sprint →

Measurement

What we'll
hold ourselves to.

I won't promise you a number before I've seen your data — anyone who does is guessing, and you'll pay for the guess. What I will commit to, on day one, is exactly which metrics we're accountable for and how often you'll see them. Targets get set after the audit, against your own baseline.

Visibility

  • Organic sessions & impressions
  • Non-brand keyword coverage
  • Share of voice vs. named competitors
  • AI answer citations & brand mentions
  • Indexed, crawl-healthy page ratio

Demand

  • Qualified lead volume
  • Lead-to-opportunity rate
  • Branded search demand
  • Pipeline sourced by channel
  • New vs. returning demand split

Conversion

  • Landing page conversion rate
  • Funnel drop-off by stage
  • Form & checkout completion
  • Average order value / deal size
  • Site speed & Core Web Vitals

Efficiency

  • Cost per qualified lead
  • Customer acquisition cost
  • Return on ad spend
  • Wasted spend recovered
  • Blended marketing efficiency ratio

Compounding

  • Retention & repeat purchase rate
  • Lifetime value to CAC ratio
  • Content assets producing demand
  • Hours returned through automation
  • Time-to-decision in the sales cycle

Every engagement reports on outcomes, not activity. You'll never receive a deck that leads with how many blogs were published.

FAQs

Questions I get
before we start.

Who is Mansi Rana?

I'm a digital consultant, growth strategist and TEDx speaker with 24+ years of experience across digital and sales. I founded EZ Rankings in 2010, which has since served 16,000+ brands across 28+ countries with a team of around 175 specialists. Through Mansi Rana Digital, I work directly with founders, CMOs and leadership teams on growth strategy, digital audits and AI automation.

What services do you personally offer?

Four: growth strategy consulting, comprehensive digital audits, digital strategy execution, and AI automation consulting. Some clients engage me for a single audit; others keep me on retainer as an external growth lead.

Are you the founder of EZ Rankings?

Yes — I founded EZ Rankings in 2010 and serve as its Managing Director. Mansi Rana Digital is a separate, boutique consulting practice where I work with a smaller number of clients directly.

What's the difference between working with you and hiring an agency?

An agency sells you delivery capacity. I sell you the decision-making that comes before it — what to do, in what order, and what to stop doing. If you then want execution, EZ Rankings can run it under the same strategy. If you already have an agency or in-house team, I'll work with them.

Should I engage Mansi Rana Digital or EZ Rankings?

Start with Mansi Rana Digital if the question is what should we be doing — strategy, audits, prioritisation, or a second opinion on a plan that isn't working. Go to EZ Rankings if you already know the plan and need a team to execute it consistently at scale across SEO, paid, content, development or AI builds. Many clients do both in sequence: audit first, execution second. If the audit concludes your existing team can run the plan without us, I'll tell you that.

Which industries do you specialise in?

Deepest experience in luxury and high-end lifestyle, D2C and ecommerce, healthcare, real estate, finance and insurance, education and EdTech, and B2B services. That said, the diagnostic method transfers — the industry mainly changes the constraints, not the logic.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. Work spans 28+ countries including the US, UK, Middle East, Australia, Canada and across Asia. Sessions are scheduled around your time zone, and reporting cadence is set to suit your leadership rhythm.

Do you offer AI consulting, or is it marketing with AI branding?

Genuine AI consulting. That means mapping your actual processes first, scoring which ones are worth automating, then building and handing over working systems — marketing automation, CRM workflows, AI agents, content and reporting pipelines. If a process shouldn't be automated yet, I'll tell you that rather than sell you a build.

What does a digital audit actually include?

A full review of SEO and AI search visibility, paid media efficiency, content performance, conversion and UX, technical health, and analytics integrity — plus competitor and share-of-voice analysis. You receive a prioritised action plan ranked by expected impact, and a walkthrough session with your team.

What results can I expect, and how soon?

I don't quote numbers before seeing your data. What I will do at the start is agree the exact metrics we're accountable for and the reporting cadence. Targets are then set against your own baseline after the audit. Broadly, paid and conversion work shows movement earlier than organic and authority-building work, which compounds over quarters.

How do you report progress?

Against outcomes, not activity. Reports lead with the business metrics we agreed — pipeline, qualified leads, cost per acquisition, revenue contribution — with channel detail underneath for the people who want it. You'll always know what changed and why.

What size of business do you work best with?

Established businesses with a proven product or service and real intent to invest in growth. If you're pre-product or testing whether marketing is worth doing at all, a strategy call will serve you better than a retainer.

Do you work with existing in-house teams and agencies?

Often, yes. A good portion of my work is making an existing team more effective — sharpening the strategy, fixing the measurement, and holding vendors to a clearer standard. It rarely requires replacing anyone.

How is search visibility changing with AI, and does it affect me?

It affects everyone. Buyers increasingly get answers from AI systems rather than clicking through ten results, which means the goal shifts from ranking to being cited. That requires your brand to exist as a well-defined entity with credible, structured, referenceable content. It complements traditional SEO rather than replacing it — and most brands are currently invisible in that layer.

How do I book a consultation?

Use the strategy session form, or email hello@mansirana.com with your website, what you're trying to achieve, and where you think the problem sits. I'll come to the call having already looked.
