No. Many founders come to me before they've built a team — I help them define what roles to hire, what to outsource, and what to keep in-house. Others come with a full team but unclear direction. The consulting adapts to your situation. The deliverables I produce are designed to be actionable whether you're a solo founder or managing a 10-person marketing department.

For the Strategy Intensive, you'll have a full written brief within 5 business days of our first call. For the Growth Sprint, the complete document pack — roadmap, channel matrix, funnel analysis, competitor brief — is delivered in Week 3, after two working sessions. I don't send preliminary half-finished drafts; you receive a complete, polished document you can share with your team immediately.

I don't take on early-stage startups still searching for product-market fit — there's no point building a scaling strategy if the core offer isn't proven. I also don't work with businesses in gambling, crypto speculation, or sectors that rely on misleading advertising. My deepest expertise is in Luxury, Finance, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Education — but I also work with established D2C brands, B2B services, SaaS, and professional services firms.

The Strategy Intensive is a single engagement with no ongoing commitment. The Growth Sprint runs over 4–8 weeks with a fixed scope. The Fractional CMO Retainer requires a minimum 3-month commitment — because meaningful strategic change doesn't happen in 30 days, and I'm not willing to take your money for something that won't have time to work. After 3 months, you can continue month-to-month or move to a lower-touch format.

We define success criteria before we start — specific, measurable outcomes like "reduce cost per lead by X%," "increase organic traffic to Y visits/month," or "launch into the US market generating Z leads per month by month 6." These go into the KPI Framework document so there's no ambiguity at the end of the engagement. If I don't think consulting can deliver the outcome you're looking for, I'll tell you in the first call — and often recommend a better path.
